Q: Why should I make my relief donation through Quest for Peace? What is your track record in Nicaragua?
A: The Quest for Peace has been engaged in community development and emergency response in the most needy regions of Nicaragua for 21 years.
After Hurricane Mitch devastated Nicaragua in November 1998, we delivered 20 cargo containers of emergency supplies in the following months. During the next four years, we built 2,500 homes and latrines for those most affected by the hurricane.
The Quest for Peace partners with the Institute of John XXIII at the Jesuit University of Central America in Managua, Nicaragua.
Quest for Peace is a program of the Quixote Center. Donations to the Quixote Center — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — are fully tax-deductible. Charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Quixote Center."
